Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the CARVO platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

Scope of Agreement

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and CARVO for the use of our digital insurance vehicle management platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CARVO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including insurers, vehicle owners, towing operators, repair workshops, warehouse operators, and parts suppliers.

User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use CARVO.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep your profile information up to date.
You must immediately notify CARVO of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
CARVO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for extended periods.

Services & Platform Use

CARVO provides a digital management platform connecting insurance companies, vehicle owners, towing services, repair workshops, warehouse facilities, and parts suppliers.
The platform facilitates the coordination and documentation of vehicle repair workflows, towing operations, and insurance claim processing — it does not directly provide physical services.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Any misuse, scraping, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Service providers registered on CARVO are independent businesses. CARVO does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party operators.
All service bookings, repair authorizations, and claim submissions made through CARVO are subject to verification and acceptance by the relevant parties.

Fees & Payments

Subscription and service fees applicable to your account type are outlined in your service agreement with CARVO.
All fees are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate in accordance with Saudi tax law.
CARVO reserves the right to revise pricing with 30 days written notice. Continued use of the platform following a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Payments are due as per the terms stated in your subscription agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to CARVO's refund policy communicated at the time of the transaction.

Prohibited Conduct

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information in service requests, repair estimates, or insurance claims.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the CARVO platform or its underlying technology.
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, service providers, or CARVO staff through the platform.
Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized individuals or allowing third parties to access your account.
Circumventing platform security measures, access controls, or terms of service in any way.

Limitation of Liability

CARVO provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
CARVO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CARVO in the 3 months preceding the claim.
CARVO is not responsible for the actions, service quality, or legal compliance of any third-party service provider accessed through the platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nothing in these terms limits our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction for any breach or threatened breach of these terms.
